FPQ definition

FPQ means a response by WilTel to a request from SBC for WilTel to provide an all inclusive and final price for WilTel Services to be provided under this Agreement.

FPQ means a firm price quotation received from Supplier in response to Buyer's Request for Proposal. An FPQ shall include itemized pricing and, as applicable, a detailed list of the Goods and/or Software, description of the Services, technical configuration of the Goods, and performance calculations.

Examples of FPQ in a sentence

  • Seller shall repay the Advance Payment to Buyer in full without interest by providing Buyer with a credit of [...***...] on the purchase price of the first [...***...] Components sets supplied by Seller to Buyer after: (i) Components manufactured for blade cut up, static, and fatigue tests; (ii) Component sets manufactured for First Piece Qualification (FPQ) and Pilot Lot Qualification (PLQ), and; (iii) the [...***...] Component sets supplied to Buyer after (i) and (ii).

  • Within ten (10) workdays of Vendor's receipt of such information, Vendor shall provide a FPQ, which details prices for the installation Services requested by the Owner.

  • Owner's acceptance of the FPQ will be confirmed by placement of an Order during this four (4) week period.

  • Purchaser will solicit an FPQ from Supplier utilizing Supplier provided questionnaire or a complete description of the PRODUCT and/or SERVICES requested six (6) weeks prior to the date the Order is to be placed in accordance with the intervals to be mutually agreed upon at the time of the FPQ.

  • The FPQ shall be detailed and classified as to PRODUCT and/or SERVICES.

  • Supplier shall analyze the completed questionnaire and/or request and provide to Purchaser an FPQ consistent with Purchaser’s requirements within four (4) weeks of receipt of such questionnaire/request.

  • In the event the FPP differs from any previous FPQ (such difference shall be substantiated by Supplier) or if an FPQ has not been previously provided to Buyer, Buyer shall have up to four (4) weeks following receipt of the FPP to accept or reject said FPP and notify Supplier accordingly.
