FPPE definition

FPPE means Focused Professional Practice Evaluation.
FPPE means Focused Professional Practice Evaluation implemented for all Practitioners initially requesting privileges, for Practitioners who request an expansion of their clinical privileges and for evaluating the performance of Practitioners when issues affecting the provision of safe, high-quality patient care is identified.
FPPE means a time-limited period during which a Practitioner’s professional performance is evaluated. All initially-granted clinical privileges, whether granted at the time of initial appointment, reappointment, or during the term of appointment, shall be subject to FPPE.

FPPE means focused professional practice evaluation as further defined by The Joint Commission accreditation standards for Hospital or Hospital and Medical Staff policies and procedures.
FPPE means a time-limited period during which a Practitioner’s professional performance is evaluated. All initially-granted clinical privileges, whether at the time of initial appointment, reappointment, or during the term of appointment, shall be subject to FPPE.
