FPMU or “Financial and Procurement Management Unit” means the firm to be recruited by the Recipient to carry out financial management, accounting and procurement activities under the Project, as well as the collection of data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, referred in Section 6.01 (c) of this Agreement;

Examples of FPMU in a sentence

  • As a consequence of the Mergers, the Borrower has requested that the Agent release and return the stock certificates together with the accompanying stock powers evidencing the shares of stock of FPPS, FPMH, FPMI, FPML, FPMO, FPMU, FPMWV, FPMSE, FPMBHC and APA that were pledged to the Agent pursuant to the Credit Agreement (the "Stock Certificates").
