FP Services definition

FP Services means any Professional Services that are billed at a fixed price. FP Services may include (i) predefined, packaged Professional Services offerings that are described in Service Documentation and/or (ii) Professional Services that are not part of a predefined offering and are described in a SOW.

  • If the Participant or the Company fails to achieve the designated goals or the Participant incurs a Termination of Service prior to the expiration of the Vesting Period, the Participant shall forfeit all shares of Stock or cash subject to the Award which have not vested as of such date.

Related to FP Services

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.
