F&P Requirements definition

F&P Requirements means the fitness and probity standards and requirements set out in the 2014 Fitness and Probity Standards (Code issued under s. 50 of the Central Bank Reform Act 2010), the Guidance on Fitness and Probity Standards of 2018 and such other codes and standards published by the Central Bank of Ireland or other applicable regulatory authority from time to time (including any amendment, supplement or replacement thereof) relating to fitness and probity for persons involved providing the Services;
