Fourth-Lien Security Documents definition
Fourth-Lien Security Documents means one or more security agreements, pledge agreements, collateral assignments, mortgages, deed of trust or other grants or transfers for security executed and delivered by the Note Issuers or any other Obligor creating a Lien upon property owned or to be acquired by the Note Issuers or such other Obligor in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the holders of Obligations under the New Notes and also for the benefit of the present and future holders of all other Obligations under the New Notes.
