Fourth Floor definition

Fourth Floor means the fourth floor production space of the Manufacturer’s current manufacturing facility located at Block A, Xianhuadchui Industrial Park, ▇▇. ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇.
Fourth Floor means the fourth floor of the Accommodation Building (Exhibit ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of the Accommodation Building). 1.3 “Lease Term” shall mean the period of time on which DSH is entitled to use the Fourth Floor and Ding Hong is entitled to receive rent from DSH in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement.
