To the extent that amounts are so withheld, such withheld amounts shall be treated for all purposes as having been paid to the holder of the Limited Voting Shares or Four Seasons Options, as the case may be, or to Sharp in respect of which such deduction and withholding was made, provided that such withheld amounts are actually remitted in accordance with applicable law to the appropriate taxing authority.
In a case where the reserved vehicle type is not available, Four Seasons RV Rentals reserves the right to select a suitable alternative.
