Fountains means all of the water features, including all utility connections, pumps, conduit, basins, and other components and accessories, located at Lynn Wyatt Square for the Performing Arts; Ray C. Fish Plaza; and the George Bush Monument; and further including the decorative fountains in downtown Houston known as Manhole (Preston St. and Louisiana St.); Flower Wall (Prairie St. and Travis St.); Market Square Tabletops (Qty. 2); East and West Congress Ave. at Main St.; East and West Preston St. at Main St.; Flooding Bayou (1100 Preston St.); Caroline St. and Preston St.; and Baseball (Preston St. and Crawford St.).
Fountains means that certain time-share resort facility commonly known as Grand Flamingo Fountains, consisting of twelve (12) time-share units and more particularly described on EXHIBIT "I-E" attached hereto.
Fountains means Sesquicentennial Park I fountains (two fountains), the Sesquicentennial Park II fountain near the George H.W. Bush statue, the Houston Center for the Arts Courtyard fountain, Jones Hall Courtyard fountain, the Jones Plaza fountain, the Preston Street Cotswold fountains (12 fountains), and the Root Memorial Square Park fountain, a total of 19 fountains as of the effective date of this Agreement.
