Foundry Customer definition

Foundry Customer means a Third Party customer for Stack DRAM Products, the [***] by the [***] to the [***] by a [***]:
Foundry Customer means a Third Party customer for DRAM Products, the design for which is owned by the customer or licensed to the customer by a Third Party, for so long as (and only for so long as):
Foundry Customer means a Third Party customer of either NTC or Micron for Stack DRAM Products [***].

Examples of Foundry Customer in a sentence

  • In the event that it becomes necessary to relocate the Customer Equipment to another Customer Area or Internet Data Center operated by Data Foundry, Customer will cooperate in good faith with Data Foundry to facilitate such relocation, provided that such relocation is based on reasonable business needs of Data Foundry (including the needs of other Data Foundry Customers), the expansion of the space requirements of Customer or otherwise.

  • In the Event of Default by Data Foundry, Customer may terminate this Agreement without penalty.

  • Upon receipt of such termination notice, ON Trading and SCI (and any of their Affiliates that have been sublicensed under such licenses) may continue to exercise their rights under such license and sublicenses solely to the extent necessary to fulfill any legally binding obligations they may have to that ON Foundry Customer when the termination notice is given.

  • LSI Holdings may terminate the licenses granted to ON Trading and SCI in Sections 2.1, 2.3, 2.6, and 2.8 with respect to the manufacture and sale of Third Party Products to a specific ON Foundry Customer, upon written notice to ON Trading or SCI, if that ON Foundry Customer Asserts a claim of Patent infringement against LSI or any of its Affiliates or, with respect to LSI Products, any of their respective customers.
