Founding Employees definition

Founding Employees means the seven individuals employed by the Company at its founding (subject to varying agreement and work-start dates).
Founding Employees means those employees of the Company identified as such on Part 1.6(a) of the Company Disclosure Letter.

Examples of Founding Employees in a sentence

  • Initially, the Committee shall award a total of 3,000 shares of Class B membership interests to the Founding Employees.
