Founding Director’ definition
Founding Director’ means a person whose name is included in the List of First Directors filed with the Registrar at the time of incorporation;
Founding Director’ means the person listed in Schedule 1; ‘GST’ means goods and services tax payable under the Goods and Services Tax ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇;
