Examples of Founder Names in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Buyer shall not be prevented from using the Founder Names in a manner that constitutes “nominal fair use” under applicable Law.
Without limiting the foregoing, Buyer shall be permitted to sell off any products bearing the Founder Names that exist prior to the end of the Transition Period.
