Examples of Foundations Data in a sentence

  • If the Owner is named in Schedule Item 14 as the party responsible for extra excavations and foundations, and if it becomes apparent that extra work or materials are required in respect of excavations or foundations beyond what could reasonably be established by the required Foundations Data, then the Contractor may, with the prior written consent of the Owner, vary the work under this Contract to include the provision of such extra work or materials.

  • The Builder shall be entitled to payment by the Owner of an amount of money in addition to the Original Contract Price for work related to excavation, foundations or footings, provided that the need for the work could not reasonably have been ascertained from Foundations Data relating to the Land, but the Builder shall not otherwise be entitled to such payment.

  • Unless appropriate and reliable Foundation Data already exists, the Contractor is required to obtain appropriate Foundations Data and provide a copy to the Owner when paid for.

  • The Owner warrants that the Foundations Data to be provided to the Builder pursuant to preceding clause shall be correct and accurate.

  • Unless appropriate and reliable Foundation Data already exists, the Contractor is required to obtain appropriate Foundations Data and provide a copy to the Owner upon payment of the costs incurred in obtaining the data.

  • Foundations Data must be obtained if the Contract Work requires the construction or alteration of, or may adversely affect, footings or a concrete slab for a building.
