Foundation Work definition

Foundation Work. All earthwork to construct the building pads, the concrete foundations and concrete slab on grade.
Foundation Work. As defined in Section 6.8(a).

  • Upon completion of the Immediate Capital Needs and the Foundation Work, New Borrower shall pay for a Lender approved inspection company ("Inspector") to inspect the Project to determine if the Immediate Capital Needs and the Foundation Work have been timely and fully completed.

  • Foundation Work All footing and foundation work shall consist of poured-in-place reinforced concrete with a minimum 28-day strength of 3,000 psi and poured with a maximum slump of 4".

Related to Foundation Work

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.
