Foundation Tree definition

Foundation Tree means a citrus tree that is used to provide a source of budwood to nurserymen, primarily for establishing scion and increase trees.
Foundation Tree means a citrus tree owned and maintained by the Department in accordance with Rule 5B- 62.014, F.A.C., to provide a source of budwood to nurseries, primarily for establishing scion and increase trees.
