Foundation Property definition

Foundation Property means all estate, right, title and interest acquired by the Foundation pursuant to this Agreement (including, after the exercise of the Call Option Remedy, the Deposited Securities), whether held directly or indirectly (including through any corporation or other Subsidiary), as the same may be added to or changed from time to time following the acquisition thereof.
Foundation Property means the Initial Assets, any further or additional property which any person or persons may transfer or endow to the Foundation for the purposes and objects described hereof including any assets or incomes, profits or gains derived therefrom and/or forming part of the Foundation Property from time to time;

  • The Parties hereto expressly agree that this Agreement is contingent upon the closing of the sale of substantially all of the Foundation Property to the Developer pursuant to the terms of the Foundation Agreement within seven (7) years after the Effective Date.

  • If the owner of the Norway House Property intends to sell all or any part of Norway House Property for any use other than for a program to celebrate the culture of Norway and American Norwegians through the operation of a conference and event center, then the owner of the Norway House Property shall give written notice to the owner of the Church Property and the owner of the Foundation Property of any proposed sale of all or any part of the Norway House Property.

  • If the owner of the Church Property or the owner of the Foundation Property intends to sell all or any part of Church Property or the Foundation Property, then the owner of the Church Property and/or the owner of the Foundation Property, as applicable, shall give written notice to the owner of the Norway House Property of any proposed sale of all or any part of the Church Property or the Foundation Property.

  • Foundation reserves any and all rights relating to Foundation Property, which are not expressly granted in this agreement.
