Foundation Customer definition

Foundation Customer means a Shipper that has provided the revenue support for the initial Header System and Pipeline System as they existed on the in- service date of those facilities pursuant to a Contract(s) for Firm Service that has a term of twenty (20) Years or longer.

  • Transporter shall provide access to certain operational data, including gas quality and pressure, at Points of Receipt and Delivery on a not unduly discriminatory basis to any Foundation Customer or other Firm shipper.

Foundation Customer means a customer contractually obligated to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the costs of the validation and first Association Study for the relevant SNP Map.   • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.
