Examples of Foundation Agreements in a sentence

  • Each Investor grants to the Company an irrevocable power of attorney with the power of sub-delegation to (i) perform all acts, including acts of disposition (beschikkingshandelingen) on behalf of each Investor, that, in the reasonable discretion of the Company, are necessary to and (ii) cause to be done all things necessary, proper or advisable to, implement the Foundation Structure pursuant to this Section 2.3(e), including executing and delivering any and all Foundation Agreements.
