FOST definition

FOST means the Department of Navy finding and determination that the Parcel was suitable for transfer to the City, pursuant to document entitled “Finding of Suitability to Transfer For Parcels 23, 29, 34, 35, and 36 and Portions of 1, 16, 17, 24, 27, 28, 40, and 41 Marine Corps Air Station Tustin, California” dated April 22, 2002.
FOST shall have the meaning set forth in Recital C.
