Fossil Filter Maintenance definition
Fossil Filter Maintenance. The on-site storm drain system is equipped with one or more 6" continuous Storm Water Filtration System ("SWFS") to effectively prohibit non-storm water discharges into the storm sewer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary continued in Paragraph 7 of this Lease, Lessor shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, a preventative maintenance contract to inspect, service and maintain the fossil filter three (3) times per year. The cost of this service is estimated to be $200.00 per year per SWFS, subject to increase.
