Call Forwarding Services shall not be used to extend calls on a planned and continuing basis to intentionally avoid the payment in whole or in part, of message toll charges that would regularly be applicable between the station originating the call and the station to which the call is transferred.
These Rules shall only take effect to the extent that they are not contrary to the mandatory provisions of international conventions or national law applicable to the Freight Forwarding Services.

All Forwarding Services provided by the Company by or on behalf of or at the request of the Customer and/or the Owner, is provided at the sole risk of the Customer and/or Owner, and the Customer indemnifies the Company against any claim which might be brought against the Company, howsoever arising, whether in contract or delict or otherwise, by any Owner or any other third party.
