Forward-funded project definition
Forward-funded project means a school construction project that the State has approved for planning and for which the LEA has paid some portion of the State share with local funds.
Consolidated Excess Cash Flow means, for any period, an amount (if positive) equal to:
Project Cost means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Agreement (i.e. Rs. <in words>) for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.
Class C Coverage Tests means the Class C Interest Coverage Test and the Class C Par Value Test.
Adjusted Net Operating Income or “Adjusted NOI” means, for any period, the Net Operating Income of the applicable Hotel Properties for such period, subject to the following adjustments:
Annualized Operating Cash Flow means, for any fiscal quarter, the Operating Cash Flow for such fiscal quarter multiplied by four.
