Forward Fees definition
Forward Fees means amounts payable monthly by the Lender to the Counterparty pursuant to the Forward Agreement which in no month will exceed the interest payable by the Partnership to the Lender on the Loan Amount in that month;
Forward Fees means the forward price adjustments and other expenses and amounts incurred by an ETF under its Forward Documents or other investment agreements;
