FoRUT definition
FoRUT or “Foundation for Rural Urban Transformation” means a non- government organization in the Recipient’s territory, registered with MoPED and responsible for contributing to the social mobilization of the poor and oppressed to have better living conditions and basic human rights, or its successor.
