Fort Bend County means the unincorporated and incorporated areas of Fort Bend County, Texas.(j) “Interlocal Agreement” or “Cooperative Agreement” means an interlocal agreement between Fort Bend County and a municipality in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code Ann.§§791.001 et seq., as amended.(k)“Public Health Official” means the Local Health Authority or his/her designee of the Fort Bend County Health & Human Services.(l) “Regulations” means the Boarding Home Regulations for Fort Bend County, Texas.(m) “Resident” means a person who is residing in a Boarding Home Facility. (n)“Volunteer” means a person who provides work or services to the Boarding Home andis not being paid for those services.
