Former Real Estate definition
Former Real Estate has the meaning set forth in Section 4.12(a).
Former Real Estate means all real property that was owned or leased by any Borrower or any Subsidiary of any Borrower within the last ten (10) years prior to the date hereof which is no longer owner or leased.
Former Real Estate means all real property that was owned or leased by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries within the last ten (10) years prior to the date hereof which is no longer owned or leased by the Borrower or such Subsidiary.
Examples of Former Real Estate in a sentence
None of such Real Estate nor, to the Knowledge of the Company, any Former Real Estate is listed or proposed for listing on the National Priorities List pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C. § 9601 et seq., or any similar inventory of sites requiring investigation or remediation maintained by any state.
