Former Foundation definition
Former Foundation means the Law Foundation as con- stituted under section 44 B (1 ) of the Legal Practitioners Act, 1898, immediately before the day appointed and notified under section 2 (2) ;
Former Foundation means a foundation or fund described in Division 1 of the Schedule.
