Former Associate definition
Former Associate is defined in Subclause 4.3c).
Former Associate means, at any time, any Person that was an Associate within twelve (12) months period prior to such time.
Examples of Former Associate in a sentence
Without limiting the foregoing, no Former Associate Member shall be entitled to vote on any proposed amendment to this Agreement, unless such proposed amendment specifically and disproportionately adversely affects such Former Associate Member, provided that any amendment made in order to effectuate the provisions of Sections 3.03 and 3.04 shall not require the consent of any Former Member.
