Formation Committee definition

Formation Committee means the committee that prior to election of an Executive Committee will represent the common, collective interests of those companies and organizations that have expressed their desire and intent to form a consortium, and to guide the efforts of the represented organizations in rapidly forming the MSTIC and commencing discussions with the Government regarding establishing an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA). Until such time that the Executive Committee is established, the Formation Committee will serve as the Executive Committee as described in the CMA. A CMF representative shall serve as Chair of the Formation Committee.
Formation Committee means a formal or information organization of “property owners” who seek to form a MAD and will lead the effort in the community to outreach to fellow property owners and gather support and to conduct the feasibility study.
Formation Committee means a committee formed in terms of subsection (1) of section twelve;

  • Final placement of teams shall be approved by the team Formation Committee.

  • The Christian Formation Committee shall have seven members who are elected members of the Executive Board.

Related to Formation Committee

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • Coordination Committee means the jointly constituted PJM and NYISO committee established to administer the terms and provisions of this Agreement pursuant to Section 35.3.2.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Joint Committee means the committee established under Article 19 [Joint Committee];

  • Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company

  • Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.

  • Executive Committee means the Executive Committee of the Board.

  • Investigation Committee means the Investigation Committee appointed by the Board under Regulation 5 of these Regulations;

  • Board Committee means those individual Directors who have been appointed by the Board of Directors with the powers and responsibilities specified in Article V and to which has been delegated any fiduciary responsibilities of the Board of Directors with respect to the Plan.

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • Campaign committee means the committee designated by a candidate to receive all contributions

  • Investment Committee means the committee in charge of investment aspects of the Plan, as described in Article VII.

  • Plan Committee means a committee of two or more directors appointed by the Board to administer the Plan.

  • Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Equity Committee means the official committee of equity security holders, appointed pursuant to section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code by the U.S. Trustee on March 13, 2009.
