Formal vote definition

Formal vote means a vote on a bill, amendment, resolution, motion, proposal, recommendation, or any other measure on which a vote by members of a state legislative body is required and by which the state legislative body effectuates or formulates public policy.
Formal vote means a vote made by a delegation or Constituent Organisations, which is included by the Returning Officer in the final count of votes made.
