Formal Report definition

Formal Report means a complaint to the University by an individual who is seeking recourse for a violation of this policy.
Formal Report has the meaning given to it in Annex 4 (Project Evaluation and Reporting);
Formal Report means a document filed by a reporting party or signed by the Title IX Coordinator alleging sexual harassment against a responding party and requesting that Linfield University investigate the allegation of Title IX Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, or Stalking under the Title IX Sexual Misconduct and Dating Violence Procedure.

Examples of Formal Report in a sentence

  • BIND shall submit the updated Formal Report including such modifications or additional information to AstraZeneca within thirty (30) days of receipt by BIND of AstraZeneca’s written request for revisions to the Formal Report.

Related to Formal Report

  • Final Report means the report described as a final report in RCW 42.17A.235(11)(a).

  • Financial Report means the annual financial report prepared under Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act for the Company and its controlled entities;

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information);

  • Annual Report means any Annual Report provided by the Issuer pursuant to, and as described in, Sections 3 and 4 of this Disclosure Certificate.

  • Geotechnical report or "geotechnical analysis" means a scientific study or evaluation conducted by a qualified expert that includes a description of the ground and surface hydrology and geology, the affected land form and its susceptibility to mass wasting, erosion, and other geologic hazards or processes, conclusions and recommendations regarding the effect of the proposed development on geologic conditions, the adequacy of the site to be developed, the impacts of the proposed development, alternative approaches to the proposed development, and measures to mitigate potential site-specific and cumulative geological and hydrological impacts of the proposed development, including the potential adverse impacts to adjacent and down-current properties. Geotechnical reports shall conform to accepted technical standards and must be prepared by qualified professional engineers or geologists who have professional expertise about the regional and local shoreline geology and processes.
