Formal Documentation definition

Formal Documentation means the binding formal documentation in a substance and form satisfactory to the Investor formalising the transactions contemplated in the Harmony Term Sheet.
Formal Documentation. Any new Service or change to Service referred to in sub-section 1.1 above shall take effect as from the date specified in the formal documentation giving effect to such new Service or change and in accordance with the terms of such documentation.
