Formal Amendment definition

Formal Amendment means a fully executed written amendment to this Agreement that has been approved by each Party in accordance with the terms of Article 3 of the Agreement. A Formal Amendment can either increase the GMP or reallocate contingency amounts.

  • Amendments and Modifications 4 3.01 Formal Amendment 4 3.02 Minor Administrative Changes 4 Article IV.

  • The City shall have authority, without the execution of a Formal Amendment, to purchase additional Services and/or make changes to the work in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (including such terms that require Contractor’s agreement), not involving an increase in the Compensation or the Term by use of a written City Revision to Program Budget.

Related to Formal Amendment

  • Incremental Amendment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(f).
