Form RD108 stamped by the Department of Motor Vehicles, is included in the Receivable File as of the date of its review of the Receivable Files and deliver a copy of such list to the Servicer, the Owner Trustee and the Note Insurer. On the date which is 180 days following the Closing Date (or applicable Subsequent Transfer Date) or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day, the Trustee shall inform CPS and the other parties to this Agreement and the Note Insurer of any Receivable for which the related Receivable File on such date does not include an original certificate of title or, with respect to Financed Vehicles in the State of Michigan, for which the related Receivable File on such date does not include a "Form RD108" stamped by the Department of Motor Vehicles, and CPS shall repurchase any such Receivable as of the last day of the current Collection Period.
