Form G1 definition

Form G1 means the audited “Statement of Operating Results by Line of Business” for the last accounting period submitted to the Authority in accordance with regulation 13(5); and

Examples of Form G1 in a sentence

  • If requested by any Lender or the Administrative Agent, the Borrower will furnish to the Administrative Agent and each Lender a statement to the foregoing effect in conformity with the requirements of FR Form G-1 or FR Form U-1 referred to in said Regulation G or Regulation U, as the case may be.

Related to Form G1

  • Form N-2 means such form under the Securities Act as in effect on the date hereof or any successor registration form under the Securities Act subsequently adopted by the Commission.

  • Form 10-K Certification As defined in Section 4.03(e).

  • Form F-1 means such form under the Securities Act as in effect on the date hereof or any successor registration form under the Securities Act subsequently adopted by the SEC.

  • Form S-1 shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.1.1.

  • Form 4224 means Form 4224 (Exemption from Withholding of Tax on Income Effectively Connected with the Conduct of a Trade or Business in the United States) of the Department of the Treasury of the United States of America (or in relation to either such Form such successor and related forms as may from time to time be adopted by the relevant taxing authorities of the United States of America to document a claim to which such Form relates).
