With respect to changes, modifications, and substitutions that do impact the Form, Fit, or Function of the ordered Product, Seller shall notify Customer in writing thirty (30) days prior to the date the changes become effective.
Seller agrees that such modifications or substitutions will not impact upon Form, Fit, or Function under normal and proper use of the ordered Product as provided in Seller's Specifications.

With respect to changes, modifications, and substitutions that do impact the Form, Fit, or Function of the ordered Product, Seller shall notify Customer in writing at least four (4) months prior to the date the changes become effective, except in those cases where the change is the result of legal mandate or changes in recognized industry standards for which the notice period to Customer shall be at least thirty (30) days.
Supplier may make changes to MATERIAL, modify drawings, or make changes to manufacturing specifications, provided the changes, modifications, or substitutions DO NOT have an impact on the performance, reliability, Form, Fit, or Function of the MATERIAL without prior notification to Company.
