The Annual Progress Reports shall include a cumulative data summary of Grantee’s compliance with the performance measures for each relevant activity described in Grantee’s completed Form F, Work Plan; Form F-1, Community Engagement Plan; and Form F-2, Client Engagement or Outreach Plan and a detailed response to all items listed in the Annual Progress Report.
