Form EIA-820 definition
Form EIA-820 means the annual requirement that each refinery is required to submit to the EIA prior to February 15 of each year. The "Report Year" of a Form EIA-820 refers to the capacities that exist as of January 1 of the "Report Year." A copy of a typical Form EIA-820 is Attachment 1 to this Appendix.
