Form Documents definition

Form Documents means the Originator’s standard commercial mortgage loan documents as in effect on the Closing Date, which documents shall not be modified without the prior written consent of the Buyer, other than with respect to any changes that would constitute a Non-Material Deviation.
Form Documents means collectively the Transaction Documents other than the Registration Statement.

  • Term Documents shall have the meaning assigned that term in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Program Documents means this Agreement, the Custodial Agreement, any Servicing Agreement, the Pricing Side Letter, any Instruction Letter, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Joint Securities Account Control Agreement, the Joint Account Control Agreement, the Electronic Tracking Agreement, the Collection Account Control Agreement, and any other agreement entered into by the Seller, on the one hand, and Buyer and/or any of its Affiliates or Subsidiaries (or Custodian on its behalf) on the other, in connection herewith or therewith.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • DIP Documents means the DIP ABL Documents and the DIP Term Loan Documents.

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement and all other agreements and documents relating to the Acquisition, as the same may be amended, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

  • Seller Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
