Form A1 definition

Form A1 means the most recent version of the Ministry form titled Record of Future Alteration Authorized for Equipment Discharging a Contaminant of Concern to the Atmosphere from a Municipal Sewage Collection System, as obtained directly from the Ministry or from the Ministry’s website.
Form A1 means the listing application form required to be submitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by a listing applicant for the listing of its equity or debt securities on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange;
Form A1 means the Employer Reference Form attached to this policy
