Examples of Form A Transfer in a sentence

  • On the Closing Date, the Vendor and the Purchaser shall instruct and authorize their respective solicitors to coordinate the deposit for registration of the Form A Transfer and the Discharges (if any) in the Land Title Office, in an order of registration acceptable to both parties, acting reasonably.

  • The Buyer shall deliver to the Seller’s lawyer a properly prepared Form A Transfer (the “Transfer”) and Statement of Adjustments at least one week in advance of the Completion Date.
