Form 22 definition

Form 22 means the form submitted as part of an Application requesting the confidential treatment of specifically identified information or materials submitted as part of an Application in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of Iowa Administrative Code rule 129—22 and this NOFA. See Section 1.25 (Disposition of Applications/Public Records) for specific information regarding this process and the limitations associated therewith. This form is labeled as “Exhibit H.”

Examples of Form 22 in a sentence

  • Respondent should review Attachment 3, Form 22 Request for Confidentiality, for more information if its Proposal contains confidential information.

  • Confidential Treatment Is Not RequestedA Bidder not requesting confidential treatment of information contained in its Bid shall complete Part 1 of Form 22 and submit a signed Form 22 Part 1 with the Bid.

  • Form 2106 means internal revenue service form 2106 filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Form N-2 means such form under the Securities Act as in effect on the date hereof or any successor registration form under the Securities Act subsequently adopted by the Commission.

  • Quarterly Report means Servicer’s report to me that includes, among other information, the results of the IRG’s Compliance Reviews for the calendar quarter covered by the report, as required by Paragraph D.1 of Exhibit E;

  • Form F-1 means such form under the Securities Act as in effect on the date hereof or any successor registration form under the Securities Act subsequently adopted by the SEC.

  • Form S-1 shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.1.1.

  • Form 10-K is defined in Section 7.1(b).

  • Form 10 means the registration statement on Form 10 filed by SpinCo with the SEC to effect the registration of SpinCo Shares pursuant to the Exchange Act in connection with the Distribution, as such registration statement may be amended or supplemented from time to time prior to the Distribution.

  • Quarterly Reports shall have the meaning assigned in Article 6.

  • Form 10-Q is defined in Section 7.1(a).

  • Form 4224 means Form 4224 (Exemption from Withholding of Tax on Income Effectively Connected with the Conduct of a Trade or Business in the United States) of the Department of the Treasury of the United States of America. Each of the Forms referred to in the foregoing clauses (C) and (D) shall include such successor and related forms as may from time to time be adopted by the relevant taxing authorities of the United States of America to document a claim to which such Form relates.

  • Annual Report means any Annual Report provided by the Issuer pursuant to, and as described in, Sections 3 and 4 of this Disclosure Certificate.

  • Form S-4 Registration Statement means the registration statement on Form S-4 to be filed with the SEC by Parent in connection with issuance of Parent Common Stock in the Merger, as said registration statement may be amended prior to the time it is declared effective by the SEC.

  • Form S-1 Shelf shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.1.

  • Short Form Notice means the summary Class Notice that is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit 2, which the Parties acknowledge may be modified by the Court without affecting the enforceability of this Agreement.

  • Form F-3 Shelf shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.1.

  • SEC means the Securities and Exchange Commission.

  • Form 8-K As defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Registration Form means a book voter registration form and a by-mail voter

  • Rule 482 Statement means a document that contains the number of Securities issued, the offering price and any other items dependent upon the offering price, prepared in accordance with the provisions of Rule 482 of the 1933 Act, a copy of which shall be attached as Schedule D hereto. “Statutory Prospectus” as of any time means the prospectus relating to the Securities that is included in the Registration Statement immediately prior to that time, including any document incorporated by reference therein. Each preliminary prospectus and the prospectus filed as part of the effective Registration Statement or as part of any amendment thereto, or filed pursuant to Rule 497 under the 1933 Act, complied when so filed in all material respects with the Rules and Regulations and each preliminary prospectus and the Prospectus delivered to the Underwriters for use in connection with this offering was identical to the electronically transmitted copies thereof filed with the Commission pursuant to XXXXX, except to the extent permitted by Regulation S-T.   • Company Registration Statement means the Registration Statement, including the Prospectus, amendments and supplements to the Registration Statement or Prospectus, including pre- and post-effective amendments, all exhibits thereto, and all material and exhibits incorporated by reference or deemed to be incorporated by reference in such registration statement.

  • Current Report shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.3.

  • Securities and Exchange Commission means the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

  • Merger Registration Statement means the registration statement, together with all amendments, filed with the SEC under the Securities Act for the purpose of registering shares of NYB Common Stock to be offered to holders of Synergy Common Stock in connection with the Merger.
