Forestry Code means a law regulating logging, use rights, conservation and management of the Borrower’s forests, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association;

The Borrower shall, not later than June 30, 1990, carry out a review of the comprehensive list of holders of temporary exploitation permits and of its compliance with the Forestry Code; on the basis of such review, the Borrower shall take any necessary corrective measures and inform the Bank accordingly.
In fact, to date, and although these provisions are anticipated in the Forestry Code, there are not yet any community forests or artisanal logging permits in the CAR.
