Forestlands definition

Forestlands means a contiguous area of trees or forest cover at least 10 acres in size which is capable of being timbered and reforested as determined by the State Forester.
Forestlands means any land defined as "timberland" in RCW 84.34.020(3).

Forestlands means any lands which support a forest growth, which under prevailing natural and economic conditions may be expected to support such a growth in the future or which is being used or reserved for any forest purpose.
