Forest Protection Area definition
Forest Protection Area means an area of Alberta designated as a forest protection area by regulation of the Lieutenant Governor in Council passed pursuant to the Forest and Prairie Protection Act;
Forest Protection Area means that area or those areas designated as such pursuant to section 41(c) of the Act.
