foreshore area definition
foreshore area means the bed and shore, below the line of high water of ordinary or medium tides, of the sea and of every tidal river and tidal estuary and of every channel, creek and bay of the sea or of any such river or estuary;
foreshore area means those provincial Crown lands shown hatched on the plans attached as Schedule "A" and Schedule “D” to this Agreement and also includes Submerged Lands wholly contained within the outer boundaries of the Maa‐nulth First Nation Lands of the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ First Nation that are provincial Crown land.
foreshore area means the Foreshore Area referred to in item 1 of Schedule 3.
