Forerunner does not make any warranty as to the data, reports, or results that may be obtained from use of the services, including the completeness or accuracy of such data, reports or results, including geocoding or data extraction, except as expressly set forth in this section.
In addition, Forerunner may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Customer becomes insolvent, files for bankruptcy or is adjudged to bankruptcy proceedings.
