Forepart definition

Forepart means the forepart of the Series Trust Agreement into which these Standard Terms are incorporated by reference, consisting of the provisions actually set forth in the pages of the Series Trust Agreement preceding and including its signature page, together with all exhibits thereto except these Standard Terms.
Forepart means the forepart of this Series Trust Agreement, consisting of the provisions contained on this page and each consecutive page thereafter to and including the signature page (page __), together with all Exhibits hereto (which are hereby incorporated by reference and shall be part of this Series Trust Agreement as fully as if set forth herein at length), other than the Standard Terms. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Standard Terms.
Forepart means the front part of a vessel.

Examples of Forepart in a sentence

  • Terms used as defined terms in this Attachment I and not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Forepart.

  • Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken or consent that may be given or withheld by the Certificateholders under the Series Trust Agreement may be taken, given or withheld by Certificateholders evidencing a majority of the Certificate Principal Balance of all Classes or of the Voting Rights if the Voting Rights are allocated by Class in the Forepart.

  • The following terms and provisions shall govern the Certificates and the Trust subject to contrary terms and provisions expressly set forth in the Forepart of the Series Trust Agreement, which contrary terms and provisions shall control; provided, that no such term or provisions of the Forepart may limit, qualify or conflict with Section 10.11 hereof.

  • All Certificates of all Classes at any time Outstanding shall be identical except for differences among the Certificates of the different Classes specified in the Forepart.

  • Failure by the Depositor to pay, reimburse or indemnify the Trustee shall not entitle the Trustee to any payment, reimbursement or indemnification from the Trust unless otherwise specified in the Forepart, nor shall such failure release the Trustee from the duties it is required to perform under the Series Trust Agreement.

  • These Standard Terms shall be of no force and effect unless and until incorporated by reference into the Forepart of a particular Series Trust Agreement (each as defined herein).

  • Unless otherwise specified in the Forepart, the initial Certificate Registrar shall be the Trustee.

  • Table D-1 identifies commonly used templates, worksheets, and matrices and how each tool supports the Marine Corps Planning Process.

  • Any unpaid, unreimbursed or unindemnified amounts shall not be borne by the Trust and shall not constitute a claim against the Trust, but shall be borne by the Trustee in its individual capacity unless it is specified that the Trustee is entitled to payment, reimbursement or indemnification from the Trust, in which event such amounts will be paid in accordance with the priority of payments set out in the Forepart.

  • Forepart of the Registration Statement and Outside Front Cover Page of Prospectus.

  • Schedule Supplement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Certain Defined Terms As used in this Agreement, the term "Prospectus" means the applicable Portfolio's prospectus and related statement of additional information, whether in paper format or electronic format, included in the Portfolio's then currently effective registration statement (or post-effective amendment thereto), and any information that we or the Portfolio may issue to you as a supplement to such prospectus or statement of additional information (a "sticker"), all as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933. 2.

  • Appendix means the appendix to this Agreement;

  • Part III means Tariff, Part III, sections 28 through 35 pertaining to Network Integration Transmission Service in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments. Part IV:

  • Other Confidential Consumer Information The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to information. The Contractor agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute, including but not limited to 12 VSA §1612 and any applicable Board of Health confidentiality regulations. The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.

  • Part I means the Tariff Definitions and Common Service Provisions contained in Tariff, Part I, sections 1 through 12A. Part II:

  • Exempt Information means any information or class of information (including but not limited to any document, report, Agreement or other material containing information) relating to this Agreement or otherwise relating to the Provider, which potentially falls within an exemption to FOIA (as set out therein);
