forensic tool definition

forensic tool means an investigative tool or device including software or hardware installed on or in relation to a computer system or part of a computer system and used to perform tasks which includes keystroke logging or collection of investigation information about a use of a computer or computer system;
forensic tool means an investigative tool including software or hardware installed on or in relation to a computer system or part of a computer system and used to perform tasks that include but are not limited to keystroke logging or transmission of an IP-address;
forensic tool means an investigative tool (including software or hardware) installed on or in relation to a computer system or part of a computer system which logs, stores or transmits any activity, data or any other matter relating to such a system;
